Proxisense welcomes its new Head of Innovation and Engineering, Phil Radford. Phil joins a growing team developing thermal product sensors for several different applications.
In his career, Phil has developed product and process designs for medical devices, pharmaceuticals and commercial kitchen appliances. Most recently, he held the position of SVP NPD & Innovation at Welbilt, where he oversaw the corporation’s product innovation activities as well as managing the Advanced Innovation Team in Monterrey, Mexico. Prior to this, he led the Merrychef and INDUCS product lines as Managing Director where he grew these businesses to being amongst the most successful in their respective segments.
In this new role, Phil will lead PrOXisense’s innovation and engineering activities driving delivery of NPIs and manufacturing processes for commercial success.
